The representative was thorough, professional, and answered all my questions. Also, he didn’t try to pressure me in any way to make a decision. The chair installation went quickly and the tech showed me how to operate the chair and was very patient. I am very happy with the chair. I find it easy to operate, and my husband is very comfortable in getting in and out of the chair.

One of the key deciding factors for me in choosing the Bruno Elan was being able to see the stair lift and try it at the National Seating and Mobility company. All other vendors only offered pamphlets and websites. I was able to try it and ask lots of questions. I liked the simplicity of the chair and the fact that the stair rail is covered (safer for my curious dog, and less likely to get clogged with fur). The company sent an installer to take the measurements and prepare the quote. The price was competitive with the others I had received. Once I decided, the installation went smoothly. A few weeks after installation there was a problem that turned out to be a blown fuse in the unit, but the installer came later that day and fixed it. Product and service has been great. The installers at National Seating and Mobility are professional and very helpful.
