The chair lift works very well. I did not get any of the power equipment add-ons, but the manual equipment is very easy to use. I have no problems with the lift, and I would definitely recommend it to others in need of such a device. Next Day Access in Bartlett, TN, installed the device, and their techs were efficient, quick, and very polite. I would also recommend this business to others.
