Have only had the lift one week and has required two services calls ! ! System wouldn't charge the battery ! service person was able to fix the problem which was minor , service responded quickly ! I am happy with quality and function of the lift !

The person who came to do the measuring was very nice and answered our questions. According to the two men that came to instill it the measurements. They had a few stumbling blocks to get it working but they persisted and then they coached my husband in the proper way to use it. Didn't leave our home till all things were perfect and all people were satisfied. Thank you!
