It has made life so much easier for my husband. At first, he refused to use the chair, but once he did, he saw the benefits--no more fear of falling, no more struggle with leg pain and breathing every time he needed to go upstairs. Easy to use, dependable, and fits well at the bottom of the stairs.

The Bruno Stairlift is an excellent product! I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble navigating stairs. The initial reason we decided to go with this product was the high recommendation from our medical supplies dealer (SMP - St. Marys, PA) The representative, John, was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. It's nice to know there are still a few quality American made products available. My husband was facing a knee replacement, my daughter has a severe hip disability, and my 90 year old mother-in-law is very unsteady due to dementia. They all have greatly benefited from this wonderful lift! Thank you!

Quick response to inquiry. Work was done in 1 day, in a few hours...very courteous and professional. My mother had a problem the first night and after I texted them the next morning, they were back within the hour and repaired the problem. My mom loves her chair and I feel better that she can get up and down her stairs comfortably! Would definitely recommend this company.
