The chair is nice quality and the install went smoothly My one complaint is the lever for the footrest is hard to reach and hard to operate for a handicapped person This should be positioned better and operate easier

Chair works great. Two suggestions: 1. Single click on remote instead of holding down the button. 2. Double bump at the mid point could use some engineering time for better alignment and whatever else causes the two bumps.
