Been using this app for some time now and it really helps a lot. It saves so much time and ensures my videos are accessible. And customer service is great! Sam helped me a ton.

I can't say enough about their customer service. If I had any issue at all, they responded to my email right away. They held my hand and walked me through all my problems. Best service I've ever experienced.

I've been using Captions for a few months now, and it's become the tool I reach for whenever I need to repurpose long form content. What I appreciate is that it edits with taste rather than just speed Auto-captions with clean font options, pause and filler-word trimming, and background noise removal have all saved me time. That's hours I'm no longer spending in post-production. If you make video regularly and don't want editing to be your whole day, Captions is worth trying.

Trailed Captions and jumped in and purchased an annual subscription. Through know one's fault, after a day of so I realised it was not the right fit for our B2B strategy. Reached out to Sam [via @help] and was treated with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. Within 3 short emails the Team has approved my full refund and notified me that the subscription has been cancelled. Shame it didn't work out!!

Great for anyone starting out with video content creation

Brilliant customer service and awesome concept. It's not the easiest platform to make adjustments but not wildly complicated, you can tell the AI what you're after and it'll do it where capable. I like it!
