Everyone is caring and professional

It's a scam do not bother. Impossible to update basic information, no notifications when new messages come through. Charge you for premium features that do not exist. Not good for people looking for care or for contractors.

Easy to setup the job and to edit it as this was my first time looking for someone and I was learning as I went. The applicants were all a great fit on paper and our decision really came down to personality and reviews. Once we hired someone it was easy to update the other applicants and close out the job so no one was left hanging.

Work with Care. Com is really nice, always has good job offer, also I receive my pay thru Care.com and It means well paid with overtime paid and they have my W2 every january. Thank you Care.com.

Rebekah was awesome. I needed someone to drive to a medical procedure. Had to wait much longer than expected and she was lovely about the inconvenience. I appreciate her prompt responses as we made arrangements and the kindness she showed throughout the day.

I have been with care.com for many years. Enjoyed many great clients and I have earned great reviews. Customer service is there for you if you are experiencing issues with the site. Suspect someone trying to spam you. They remove them after carefully searching this person. Always trying to keep their site user friendly & safe as possible. Good company overall. Sharon
