I found jobs right away! I’m currently working a long term job with a wonderful family. So happy that I found this app!

Care.con is a great tool it has really help me to be hire by great people,

Care.com sent me a bill a year later (sent bill Oct. 2025) for they say services used in 2024, which I did not authorize. Care.com mixed up my account, mixed up zip codes. Their website wasn't working. When asking for help no response. When trying to find my account it was lost. When trying to post, nothing would happen, words got scrambled. So I gave up. It was like working in the dark. I gave up - Not knowing I was going to be charge A YEAR LATER! CARE.COM changed hands or transitioned in this past year. I have asked several times for the $124.32 to be returned to my account but they refuse. Care.com proved not to be a reliable company. I would never recommend them. Also, for what they offer, they are too expensive overall. J. S.

Rebecca was great. She reached out promptly to set up a time to meet my cats. She also touched base before the booking started. Rebecca was also wonderful at confirming information to and making sure I knew things were good with the cats.
