I signed up for 1 month and did not read the fine print. You are signing up for a Subscription Service. Care.com will charge your credit card every single month - whether or not anyone responds to your ad - month after month. YOU HAVE TO CANCEL. READ THE FINE PRINT. They have the documentation that no one has responded to your ad and they are NOT providing any goods or services that they are billing for. Contacting the BBB.

Yeah, I read your reply - you have some corporate malfeasance of law your team of lying attorneys wrote up that you hide behind. Sure, your company wrote some crap contractual long winded indecipherable wordS that you tricked us with. You can never escape the truth that Care.com has no morals. Why would anyone want to talk to you after you steal from senior citizens after tricking them and taking money from them, refusing to refund when you are caught. The jobs postings don't seem real. As soon I apply, then go to the message, it says "not actively hiring." And several times it was within minutes of someone putting a job out there. So within minutes, they have already found their perfect caregiver? Doesn't jive. Out of 20 jobs that I apply to, one might respond.

Thank you for the feedback. To clarify how the site works, if you are seeing a "member is not actively hiring" beside the families name, this means they have posted a job but not yet upgraded to Premium. Members in search of care can post a job for free; this enables them to see what kind of response they might get before upgrading to proceed with the interview process. When they determine there are caregivers that they are interested in, they then upgrade to a Premium membership to contact those caregivers. If you have already applied, you will be right there when they upgrade. In the meantime if you would like us to review your profile and see if we can offer tips to polish it up we would be happy to do that. You can reach out to us through our Facebook Messenger. The company is clearly only concerned about how much money they can generate, not customer service. Despite the fact you think you are signing up for a one, two or three month term, they actually enroll you into a ongoing subscription without your consent. It is then up to you to figure this out and cancel your membership before it automatically renews. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until my credit card was charged and when I reached out to them they told me their fees are nonrefundable. What a scam.

Our service is by subscription so members have the convenience of using their premium benefits whenever they need them. However, they can always cancel through their account or by reaching out to our Member Care team at any time. I am a nanny looking for work. I am so frustrated and disappointed by my experience on care.com / Adzuna. No responses to any of my messages sent to the jobs advertised. Seems they are fake. Every time I try to log into the account, my details are never recognised, therefore I was forever changing password. Though the link to change password came to my email, notice reappeared saying email address not recognised. Every time I tried to check my messages, system crashed. So I contacted the customer care through live chat. Agent by the name of Rogelio came to assist but was useless. After informing him / her of my issue, they were adamant there was no issue. In the middle of me trying to explain, they shut down the live chat and left me in limbo with no resolution to my problem. I tried to reconnect to the live chat, hoping for a different agent, ironically, the live chat no longer would upload. I have paid for 3 months of premium membership which is a waste of money and clearly a scam … be warned !!

Värdelöst. Jag har kontaktat 10 st vårdgivare som matchat mina behov. Ingen av dem har ens svarat. Förmodligen finns de inte eller är inte längre aktiva. Och detta är ändå en betalsajt. Fick mycket bättre respons på andra sajter.

I signed up and realized that most of their job are a scam or none existent. I probably applied to 10 but got one solid reply. Seems that most of their adds are old or fake. I got a message via email, but supposedly couldn't not reply unless I upload an app. No thank you. I logged in into my account, but no messages there. I figured I will contact customer service, but not so fast. Unless you have premium membership, YOU CANNOT reach customer service. You can only use, frequently asked section. Seriously? What????>>>>. Bye. I just unsubscribed. Hopefully they, canceled and won't charge me like a lot of people are saying on here.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear your experience was not enjoyable. If you need help with your account we are available 7 days a week on Facebook through PM. Just include REV-013547 in your message. We have many families that choose to stay basic when they first post their job. This allows them to see if there are applicants available in their area. If you apply to one of these, the message will say "Not actively hiring". But your application shows in their pile and when they are ready to message your application is already in. We also have a fantastic safety team that is constantly reviewing the site for scam job posts of any kind. If you have found a job you feel is a scam, please reach out to use and we can look into it.

Billing. They charged me monthly when I thought I was signing up for the basic package. They do provide a service which looks good. Be aware of billing. Think I got snickered on a couple of months. Then you can't call them. Goes to robo response. Go Figure.
