We do encourage all members to update their profile and availability throughout their time on Care.com, and I'm very sorry if you found many to be unavailable. Additionally, the booking tool is a fairly new feature, and we apologize if the caregiver did not see this request. In addition to scheduling an interview, you are also able to send a follow-up message as well. Please be advised that if you ever have any questions or concerns during your search we are always available to assist you, just email us at [email protected]. With that said, if you do decide to continue your search, we would be happy to provide you with a promotional code, just send us an email and we will send one to you!

All memberships can be canceled by selecting the option to downgrade your account under the Membership Information section of your account. Once a membership is canceled a confirmation is always sent to your Care.com alerts folder in your Inbox.
