We're sorry to hear that you had trouble with the u-ring not fitting. We offer two additional-sized u-rings larger than the largest u-ring provided in the CB-X kit; the LARGE and X-LARGE. Both can be found on our website. Additionally, as stated in our Returns Policy, due to the nature of the intimate products we sell, including all chastity kits, cages, and accessories, once an order is received by the recipient they are considered used. We are sincerely sorry for the mistake on your customs declaration. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this has caused you. It sounds like the there was an automation in place to auto fill the customs declaration with name of the product you ordered and this was overlooked by our fulfillment team. Again, we are very sorry.
