I called to inquire about the status of my order after a few days with no tracking number. The CorpKit representative asked for my order number and said that it was mailed, but they have been having issues with orders being processed with no tracking numbers. She said it was shipped ground and should arrive within two days. When the package failed to arrive, I called again. A different CorpKit representative told me that the package was never shipped because they had been trying to reach me. Apparently they were calling the number associated with the billing address, not the shipping address, and never bothered to try the 2nd number. And, notice that the first representative never told me they needed any additional information. It turns out, all they wanted to know was if I was sure I wanted that particular size binder. It seems unnecessary to hold up an order just to confirm I ordered what I intended. If I ordered the wrong thing, that's my mistake. After all of that hassle and no binders for our client, they didn't even offer to overnight the shipment at their cost. This was my first experience with CorpKit, and will likely be my last.

Hi, We're so sorry to hear about the experience you had while ordering with us. Please know that it is not right that you were not told about the first time you called about the question on the ordering and the miscommunication that occurred on our end. We always call the customer when they order a larger spine size such as a 2 inch or a 3 inch binder because the actual spine size and ring size are two different sizs. We want to make sure that each customer wants the larger size because while the binder says its a 2 inch binder, the ring is actually 2 inches and the spine is actually 3 inches. Some are not aware and we do not want anyone receive a product they are happy with. We also keep binders on hold until we hear from the customer after leaving a message for them on their order. Also know that we will call the billing phone number because some customers will ship to their customers on certain occasions. By calling the billing phone number, we know that is the person who ordered. There is still no excuse as why you did not receive the correct information the first time and we have reached out to you privately to further discuss this issue. We want to further research this issue and we look forward to speaking to you soon. Once again, we're very sorry for the issues that have occurred. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies
