This was a first-time order with CorpKit online. The product was as promised. It was delivered quickly. Very smooth process. And even when the minute books came with my name on the spine vs. being blank, the CS person quickly arranged for a blank sheet of the gold paper to be sent to us. Very nice! Baird would order from CorpKit again.

Terrible Customer Service! The did not have a product in stock and "left a message" regarding this on a Monday. I did not get this message and did not know about this until I called on Wednesday to followup on my package. I changed my order to a product in stock and was told it will ship ASAP and I will be getting a new tracking number but 4 days later still no package or tracking number!

Hi, We're so sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to make sure you receive the product and the tracking as soon as possible. We sent you an email privately so we can get all the order information and not only send you the tracking number, but give you the whereabouts of your package. I'm very sorry that we didn't have the original product you wanted in stock and that there was a miscommunication issue that you weren't made aware of this out of stock item. We apologize, but also thank you for calling to follow up. I look forward to getting to speak to you and tracking down your item for you. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies

Easy to order online, honest and fair customer service (I ordered something more than needed and they credited it back to our account) and efficient shipping. We didn't have to wait long at all for urgently needed supplies. Will use them again.
