I do not write reviews! Normally! However the phone customer service at Cpap.com was exceptional. I am in sales so I know how important customer service is, not just as a consumer but as as a team member of a company. Good / bad customer service has an effect within the company as much as to the consumer. For that reason, I wanted to mention that “Kyria” was great! She was very professional, highly competent / knowledgeable and expressed those attributes very clearly in her verbal communication. Would really like to have her as my customer service rep at my place of employment.

I think I will really like these products, although it seems customer service needs to be more specific and knowledgeable about the directions on these -Cpap Supplies. They are not very clear, sometimes. I am happy I found this website, as it may just give me a little more freedom and ease from the time spent disinfecting my supplies. Thanks so much! Cheryl Mack
