Have been using the company for at least a year with no problems, including ordering a machine through them. I ordered a new mask I wanted to try and the USPS sent it out of the country instead of to my residence. I emailed customer service to see if the return insurance started, when I received it or when it was shipped, reiterating that I knew that it wasn't their fault in shipping and got kind of a rude response that it started when it shipped and they weren't responsible for the post office. I emailed them another time about the return process and the response seemed rude again. I guess I must be getting used to the "Amazon" type customer service but it really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up getting the mask with a couple of days to spare and sent it back for refund, even though I probably would normally have kept it. I started ordering through another company and have had excellent service since then. I was honestly really happy with this company until this incident, going as far as telling my sleep doctor about how much I loved them so she could recommend them to people.

I had the best experience speaking and ordering with Brandy! So often lately, it seems many services are lacking that personal touch! I explained to Brandy that my mask doesn't fit well and that I need new head gear. I told her exactly what my issues were and she listened and was able to suggest exactly what I needed and how to order it in the most cost effective way - full head gear vs 2 products.
