Very Helpful - quick response and good follow through on answers to my questions.

Very helpful

First time customer. I found the items that I needed at a good price, and placed an order. The order was shipped promptly and my items arrived as expected. I would do business with them again.

Good catalog fast turnaround

I had an issue with trying to order the correct thing and the customer service did not hesitate a minute to assist me even though I was the one who made the mistake they walked me through it right away and helped me resolve things in the most professional and friendly manner

Answered all my questions. Parts worked as they should. I we’ll order again.

The item shipped fast and was at a good price.

The products they sell are good, but didn’t receive my order till after week 7. Master padlocks and Corbin door knobs were not in stock, but I didn’t know this until week 3 after I emailed them.
