Craftmaster Hardware, LLCReviews of craftmasterhardware.com

Always get the answers I need when I need them.

Great quality and price. Fast shipping and great customer service.

First time using Craftmaster but definitely won't be the last. Very helpful and customer oriented.

I am the Asst. Bldg. Superintendent in charge of the Lock and Key Dept. in a correctional facility. I've personally been using Craftmaster Hardware for about five years now and our facility has been using them for over fifteen years. Richard Ruggeiro is one heck of a sales representative! He is professional, respectful, imparts knowledge on you, works to get you the best price and treats you like family. I use him exclusively for many of the items I need to keep my department running smoothly and to get my many jobs done in a timely manner. Give him a call, get a catalog and get your parts. you won't be disappointed.

Quality products and good customer service.

Pat Hanna is always right there when we need anything. Pat is very easy to work with and usually knows more about the product than I do. Goes the extra mile and always pleasant to speak to.

They treated me like family. They literally WELCOMED me to the family! Great people, prices, and products, John T

Very helpful. I work with Pat or he works with me.
