Hi Tia, Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful feedback 💛 We’re truly honored that you chose us to create Arthur, especially from all the way in the UK! It means the world to hear that the process felt easy and supportive from start to finish — our team always wants to make sure we gather every little detail so we can capture what makes each pet so uniquely special. We completely understand how nerve-wracking it can feel to invest in something so meaningful without knowing exactly how it will turn out, so hearing that Arthur exceeded your expectations truly makes our day. The fact that you noticed the little “lumps and bumps” that made him him — that’s exactly what we strive for. 💛 Thank you for trusting us with such a precious memory and for recommending Cuddle Clones to others. We’re so grateful to have been part of honoring your sweet boy.

Hi Joy, We’re truly so sorry to read this, especially knowing this was ordered in honor of your kitty during such a difficult time. That makes this even more meaningful, and we never want anyone to feel unheard or unsupported. 💛 We absolutely want to help when something doesn’t feel right. After reviewing this situation, we did request additional information so we could locate the order and properly assist, but we didn’t receive a response with those details. Without that, we’re unfortunately unable to move forward with reviewing or resolving the concern. We also want to clarify that we do have a clear policy in place specifically for likeness concerns and customer satisfaction. If a customer reaches out within the policy window and provides the requested information, we’re able to review the clone with our team and offer appropriate solutions — including adjustments or refunds when applicable. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number and any photos of the clone alongside your pet’s photos. We truly want the opportunity to make this right and properly look into this for you. We’re here to help and would genuinely appreciate the chance to resolve this with you. 💛

Hi Sandra, Thank you so much for sharing Harlow’s story with us 💛 We are truly so sorry for your loss. Eleven years of love is something so special, and losing a first dog leaves a space that can never really be filled. Your husband is right — nothing can ever replace Harlow — but we’re so honored that her cuddle clone could bring you a little comfort and a piece of her to hold close. It means so much to hear that the detail-focused process felt meaningful to you. Every question about her ears, her tail, her little expressions — that’s our way of making sure we’re honoring her, exactly as she was. Knowing that you saw Harlow in her clone and that it moved you so deeply is something we don’t take lightly. And the image of her siblings giving the toy a kiss… that truly touched our hearts. 💛 Thank you for trusting us with something so personal and precious. We’re sending you so much love and comfort as you continue to carry Harlow with you.
