I am currently in the process of having a Cuddle Clone made of my beloved Sophie whom I recently lost. The customer service team has been very friendly and helpful. They ask me questions to clarify what I want and have been very understanding in how losing Sophie has affected me. I have already seen the initial clone and they are going to make some more tweaks to make it look even more like her. I can already tell she will be fabulous once I receive her.

I had asked the cuddle team if they had received my photos. They had asked me for more photos of our dog. I was pleased on how prompt of a response I got! They got right back to me! I really appreciated that! I had also ordered from cuddle clones before and was very pleased with the way they turned out! I ordered 2 yellow lab dogs. She was 15 and since has passed away! 😭She was the best dog ever!!! My kids grew up with her! These clones I ordered for my daughter and son for Christmas. When they arrived I was so excited to see them and thought they looked just like her!❤️ Now my kids can have these clones as a remembrance of her! We have since gotten another dog who will be 2 in November. Even though she is young I still wanted the same for this dog! For my kids to have a remembrance of her. I ordered 2 more clones and I am excited to see them and hopeful that these will be the same as the ones I had ordered before! 🤗

My husband bought these for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. The photo of my dog is just her head and looks blurry on the PJs. I don’t know if it’s because of the photo my husband sent in or not. My biggest complaint is the elastic waistband, it’s very thick and hard to stretch. I haven’t been able to wear them because of this. Even though I wasn’t happy with the PJ’s the were not returnable. Fast forward almost 2 years… Today I decided to rip the seams out and replace the waistband myself. OMG one thing is for sure, these PJ’s will never fall apart! I’ve ripped 3 layers of seams so far and have come to the conclusion the only way to get the last seam out at the very top of the fabric is to cut the elastic from the fabric. Hopefully when I get a comfy soft waistband in I’ll be able to finally wear them. My advice to Cuddle Clones, make the waistband comfortable and the photo to be of the whole dog not just the face and of course have the photo be clear. If the costumer sends you a less than optimal photo, let them know so they can send in a better photo. You’re making enough money to offer refunds if the customer isn’t satisfied with their PJs… just sayin

I was skeptical when I decided to order a cuddle clone of my beloved soul dog who recently passed away at the age of 18. I had read reviews that Cuddle Clones quality had decreased over the last few years and didn't want to get my hopes up. I've been missing my girl so much and I just wanted something in her likeness that wasn't just a photograph. I received my cuddle clone in epic time (approximately two weeks) and I was so moved by its close resemblance to my Ella that I teared up immediately. My husband caught me holding it and thought it WAS actually Ella for a moment. It's been sad as well to look at her again this way but I'm so glad I made the purchase. She was a unique looking dog (mixed breed of long haired chihuahua/maltese so I was so worried they wouldn't get it right. Customer service was exceptional throughout, honestly couldn't be happier.
