The pj’s are soft and seem to be nice. We are giving as a gift. I also ordered the pet bandana, and didn’t realize it would be only a solid red scarf, without the dog face on it. My mistake, but I think it should have the pet face on them for $15.

So far it’s been great, first picture wasn’t good so they immediately asked for another one and then said it was processing. I’ve inquired on delivery since i need it by Dec 19th and was responded to in a timely manner and gave tracking info and said it’s in the way. Haven’t received but i have no doubt I’ll get it on time.

It was so great to know that the response to my question was NOT a computer generated response. Truly meant a lot & shows customer service still means something.

I won't lie, this was definitely a frustrating experience. I was extremely disappointed when I first received my cuddle clone and wish they would have waited to ship. I sent an email stating my disappointment and they were quick to respond. I sent him back and after several rounds of emails and a few reviews we finally got close enough that I was happy. I really wish they would send out approvals before shipping the first time like they did when I sent the plush back as I would have saved me some headache but I'm glad they had the option to to send the plush back for editing. If that wasn't the case, this would be a very different review. Overall I'm happy but I do think they can still work on their base of the plush for better quality and they can definitely improve the experience by sending out approvals before shipping the first time.

Just rally easy to work with and answer all my questions

I was pleasantly pleased with my,pajamas and the pictures I sent them. I bought them for grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Different dogs and they all came out great I thought. They were very helpful every time I emailed them

I am very satisfied. We lost our 23 year old cat in September You can imagine how special he was to our family. When we received his clone, it resembled my precious Charlie but it was a little off. Although there is no phone number to speak with anyone, the team was always quick to answer my emails and provide support. They offered for me to send suggestions and they would complete a one time alternation at no charge. I was hesitant at first because, what if it came back with an even less resemblance ??? It is very pricey and for the cost I prefer it be more of a look a like. They offered to send me photos of the alteration before resending to me so if I wasn't satisfied, I would get a full refund. That alone is amazing service, however the alterations are spot on and I could not be happier to have the spirit of Charlie back.

When I was making my purchase, I was alerted that I would receive a 60% discount. When I reviewed the final price I paid it was more than expected. I followed up with a question of how my final charge could be MORE than the listed price and was told the 60% discount applied to the initial price! To me, that was deceptive. Customer service was very responsive to my inquiries although I remain frustrated.
