Fraudulent Rush Fees
I paid a rush fee to have my orders produced in two weeks. After two weeks, the company generated USPS shipping labels. However, USPS tracking indicated they had not received the items from the sender for going on two weeks - only the shipping labels had been generated. Cuddle Clones refused to refund the rush fees, claiming just generating the shipping labels meant the orders had entered shipping process. This is a fraudulent way of charging rush fees without actually meeting an accelerated production deadline, and trying to deceive the consumer through producing USPS shipping labels without shipping the product.

Hi Seth, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we understand how frustrating this situation must feel. We want to clarify that our rush service applies specifically to the production timeline. This means your order is prioritized to be completed within the selected timeframe, but it does not include expedited shipping or guarantee a delivery date. Because our plush clones are shipped from our overseas production facility, there is a portion of transit where tracking may not update. USPS tracking typically begins once the package arrives in the United States and is scanned into their system. During this time, your order is still in transit internationally, even if updates are not yet visible. We understand how the timing and tracking visibility can create confusion, especially after selecting a rush option. Your feedback is important, and we will continue working to make this distinction clearer so expectations are better aligned moving forward.
