UPDATED REVIEW: While I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I initially received, I will say that Cuddleclones did everything they could to rectify the situation. My daughters pajamas (which were ordered on November 4th) arrived just before Christmas. Initially I had someone who was telling me not to worry, but then as they got busier for the holidays I was receiving no responses. These pajamas are not inexpensive, hence my frustration. HOWEVER, now that the holiday rush has come and gone, they have been more than attentive to my concerns. The pajama pants I ordered for my older daughter were much too small despite having ordered a size up. They are fixing that problem and sending me a larger pair. I am giving four starts instead of five because of the time it took for this response to occur, but Ii really appreciate when a company stands by their product instead of just responding to reviews and giving the appearance of caring. It seems, after all, that they care great deal about their service and standards. Thank you cuddle clones for making this right!~. (For future reference, if you're going to order something for the holidays, I'd recommend placing the order in October just in case!). Would give zero stars if I could, and now that I'm reading these other reviews I can't believe I fell for their ads. If I ever do receive my order ($170+ and still NOTHING over a month later) it sounds like the material will be cheap and too small for my daughters. I will be reporting to my credit card to stop payment. this is a fraud.

Disappointed! The pajama pants I ordered for a Christmas present just arrived. The material is a very thin cheap nylon. I ordered an adult medium I they are no where near large enough for the person that I ordered for. I am an adult lady that wears a size 2 and they barely fit me. Cheap! Order from somewhere else! Cuddle clones responded that I should consult the size chart. The size chart says that the medium is for hip size 44- 45 inches and my hips are 38 in. I can barely get them in. The size chart needs to be modified!

Great Customer Service! This is my first time using this company and I couldn’t upload my dogs photos. I emailed their customer service and my email was answered surprisingly quick. After I ordered it received an email right away to tap me my items were in production. When I wanted to check to make sure I didn't make a, mistake when I ordered. They responded quickly and I have kept me update daily I appreciate that. Usually you order you hear nothing till it's ready to ship. They have great customer service. ❤️

I was trying to figure out a christmas present for my husband who is so very hard to shop for. We lost our little Honeybear at 12 years old. My husband has her pic everywhere. Our Honeybear was one of the biggest Christmas doggies you would of ever saw. Every toy or even her beds etc if she did not open it on Christmas morning she would not play or use it. She could even tell you where her stocking was in the Christmas boxes when you pulled everything out so cute. This company nailed cloning our little girl. I cannot wait for my husband to open his present on Christmas morning. This is one video I am gonna cherish forever. Will recommend this company for sure to all.
