I placed my order in early November & didn’t receive it until after the new year. I also feel like they made need some fine adjustments on the nose area & pressure point behind my ears. I have experienced some really pronounced indentation on my nose. So I feel like a local optical shops would work better for me. I won’t be sending them back to take care of these issues because of the time it would likely take.

Hi Debbie, thank you for your feedback. I apologize that we hit some road bumps that caused delays and then USPS had misrouted/lost your glasses for way too long - completely frustrating. We had started a replacement pair for you assuming USPS had lost the package and issued a small refund due to the mishap. Luckily, the original pair finally showed up. Again, we really apologize for this, for this is not the norm. We are happy to adjust the frames for you if needed, but understand the resistance after the mailing issue. We hope we can assist in the future.

Tightening up and new lenses are great. My small complaint is that the area inside the frame where it meets the lens was not cleaned up (they're clear frames). *EDIT* - quick response from Sami and offered to remedy the situation immediately. The team from DK has offered excellent customer service and I'll be buying another pair soon.
