Frames received in kit were of the highest quality. Limited selection, but the quality and styles offered make up for this to some extent. Good client service from the stylist; friendly interaction during a requested phone call needed for clarification. In the end, I was not able to move forward - but next time around I hope to find the right frames for my needs and try again.

Needed to replace my existing DavidKind glasses. Emailed and called. Process was easy and efficient. Wearing a great pair of glasses again!

From the initial interaction of selecting test frames on the website through the delivery of my chosen glasses, the process was simple, efficient and thorough . Having in-person glasses measurements and fittings for more than 30 years, I was concerned that an online order would surface fit issues . Au contraire! These glasses are amazing and perfect . Having been assigned a DK personal assistant proved helpful and reassuring . Wouldn't hesitate to order again

Love love love I LOVE the personalized experience w/ DK. My designer was so hopeful and the company offers a variety of options. I have worn the same styled glasses for 5+ years (and yes, I've bought new glasses, they just look practically the same). I comfortably expanded my horizons with the easy try-on process. Bonus points: their factory and production details are listed online

Admittedly it took some time for my order (I have a tough prescription) but the sheer quality of the frames and lenses have been worth it. I've only had my glasses for a few weeks now but I absolutely love them. They fit my face almost perfectly and I've never had frames that feel this well constructed. I'm quite impressed. My only real complaint is that I wish they had more color options for guys.

We have experienced a big slow down due to the virus, so I apologize for the delay. Thanks for your patience and super glad that you love your new glasses!
