Found high quality and stylish prescription sunglasses for my daughter. She enjoyed the try-on at home experience and loves her new glasses.

Great experience up until order submission
Great experience up until the point I submitted my order. Limited visibility to when it was going to ship and how long production would take.

Hi LG, we always want to improve our experience, so we really value your feedback! Just a note, glasses typically take 7-10 working days to be made which is listed on our website and in emails (some have been taking 10-14 due to the pandemic). If you need more transparency, then you can always email us at [email protected] and we usually can get more info for you within a 1-2 hours.

Sami has been a very responsive and helpful point of contact. Can't say anything better about her customer service throughout the process on more than one occasion.
