Absolutely disgusting service from this company how they manage to get away with how they treat customers is beyond me DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !! I thought I was ordering a sofa from Debenhams!!! But it came from a third party company called sofaya homes ! Faulty on arrival crooked legs , very uncomfortable seats , seats at different heights !! Contacted DBZ and they didn’t care less ! I have had to wait two weeks for it to be collected and gave me a time slot that got changed on the day because they failed to pick it up I then got told it would be later in the evening up to 11:40 pm !!!! Very frustrating and stressful they do not respond to you luckily I paid through PayPal so I will get my money back but the complete stress they have caused from start to finish AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY

This has to be one of the worst sellers ever.ive waited 3 weeks for a refund.no response from the marketplace other than the same automated message.customer service is non existent. Avoid this company unless you can afford to lose money.Refunds just don't happen.

Awful customer service no response to refund request

Please be aware Debenhams are now run by a company called DBZ Marketplace. Well I finally got through to them however, the experience to get a refund has been terrible. It would appear they automatically add a SEEL charge to your order in case of theft in transit of £2.99 unfortunately I wasn’t aware that you had to physically remove this yourself it doesn’t state that anywhere when you place your order. Well after several emails as nobody would reply to me on my telephone number I gave them twice .Debenhams used to be such a good company

Loath to even give it a 1 star but do not use, customer service is terrible ! Put me off using Debenhams ever again. Waiting 6 weeks now for a refund in a purchase I made. No answers to messages, just feet in the dark as to when I will get my money back. Had to facilitate this refund via Debenhams via an official complaint! Again, do not buy from anyone that has a connection to this company

Where do I begin.....This company is dreadful. We bought a sofa which we wished to return. We spoke via Messenger numerous times before they agreed to uplift the item. We then had to wait a total of 21 days to get our refund. Terrible customer service!!!! I will never,ever buy from this store again.

As others have already mentioned don't buy from DBZ Marketplace through Boohooman. Ordered a pair of Clarks Shoes through them on 7/7/26. They didn't fit, wanted to send them back and get a refund. Hahahaha, what a joke!! Same as others, return portal links don't work etc, etc. After 31 WhatsApps and 18 Emails over the last 2 months I resorted to telling my bank. 2 days later I received another email yet again telling me my refund was being processed but this time it said we are deducting the 15% discount you were given ???? So they have already deducted the delivery costs, ok with that, but how can they deduct a discount that I received from them? Bizarre. Anyway, today I have received a REFUND, not for the full amount of £54.15 I paid but £48.14. 0 STARS. What can I say, NO I'm not happy, hence this review. Others have already said it "how can this business be allowed to trade and treat customers like this." Boohooman were just as bad with their "Customer Service." Needless to say I won't be buying anything from either of them again.

Do not be conned by this company Do not buy anything you will regret it They have no way to cancel the sale If you make a mistake They insist on posting large items to you then make it almost impossible to get your money back Their advertising is misleading They are con merchants Absolutely disgusting company Hopefully they will soon be banned from operating in the UK. Even if you try to cancel an order within seconds they refuse to listern to you, they offer a very longwinded return service that will take you for ever to get any of your money back and a procedure that offers no human contact. You will be left Absolutely angered by them. Do not use them under any circumstances.
