Bill Barnett was really amazing, trustworthy company. I had some fears before buying my dental chair. The whole transaction went very smooth. It is my shop for my dental equipments. Great job.

Had to make several calls to complete order and get updates. Overall ok. The representative was very helpful and nice. The product I received was good quality. I will be ordering again for my upholstery needs.

My Family Dental, we appreciate you taking a moment to review your order, and regret that your re-upholstery order took longer than expected. Researching the process, there were two obstacles that caused delays. First, our primary upholstery vendor closed permanently with little notice. Second, we were out of headrest cores for your model and had to order and wait for those to arrive. Thank you very much for your business and for helping us improve to serve you better in the future.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this company deserves one. When I submitted my order, the address was incorrect. Once I noticed it, I contacted them and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Shipping was very fast and I love my new dental scaler! 10/10 would recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again. Their customer service can’t be beaten. It’s incredible!!

Excellent customer service, If you have to call in for help a live person that knows what they are doing actually answered the phone. No digital maze to go through to answer your question Outstanding

Took a longer than reported time to get here. I contacted and was told it was delivered and then when I said it never got here I was told oops mistake. The communication is lacking. I thought I was scammed. The order did get here and it was correct.

First, we want to say thank you for your business and also for providing us this review. We regret your item was not in stock, and the tracking number we originally provided was for the inventory item being shipped to us. We apologize for this error. We provided the correct tracking number two days later and you received your order 8 business days after it was processed.
