Products on the site were great for viewing and was happy to see the different selections offered. Upon putting my order in the site was not easy to navigate through as. I wanted to add a note to the recipient but didn’t give me an option. The biggest issue was upon delivery. The recipient notified me that the ice had melted and the cheeses I ordered were soft and warm and had to be thrown out. I would have paid more for delivery to have it packaged properly especially in the summer months but I was not given an option to do so. Therefore I am disappointed that the recipient received his gift this way and embarrassed. I thought I’d change it up and send something from a different company but lessons learned sometimes it’s worth not changing anything. Sorry this did not work out ***** Upon receiving a response from you, I am sorry your company had delivery problem which caused the delay. I appreciate the quick and professional response I received. I’m glad my review was not left unnoticed and appreciate your accommodations to resend the product. Like I mentioned your website looks amazing and plan to order again. Thank you

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologize that the cheeses arrived warm and were no longer safe to enjoy. We understand how disappointing and embarrassing this must have been, especially since it was intended as a gift. Unfortunately, UPS delayed the shipment by at least three days, which is beyond what our packaging is designed to accommodate and outside of our control. Even so, we completely understand your frustration and are sorry the gift did not arrive in the condition you expected. To make this right, we've arranged to resend the perishable items at no additional cost. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly, followed by another email with tracking information once the replacement order ships. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and the opportunity to make things right. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know. Best, Annie

I sent a basket to my mother in Florida. She loved getting all of the delicious South Philly Italian treats!

As always, timely delivery and quality products, but had major issues with ordering interface. Selecting items more confusing than usual (I somehow ended up with four pounds of goat cheese) and the default quantity on most items was inexplicably set at 2 which seems kind of random.
