I've been dealing with Discount Salt Pools for years and have always had a good experience. The most valuable thing is the knowledgeable and helpful tech support I've received through the years. Keep up the good work!

I've been talking to your support team members trying to get the salt cell working properly, that's why I only have a 3 rating for now. Waiting on a part from your company so I can send the salt cell back for inspection to see if that is the problem.

I have purchased multiple items from Discount Salt and I have had some mechanical issues over the years, which they took care of. The service is outstanding.
