Excellent Customer Service

This is my 2nd salt generator from this company ( maybe even the 3rd- I really can’t remember how long I’ve had a saltwater pool). I’ve never had a complaint with this company; I’ve always found them extremely helpful. With the purchase of this one, there was an initial problem - it wasn’t generating salt. I called the company & immediately got to speak to a real person! The service tech was immediately able to diagnose my problem & provide the solution. My husband had installed it incorrectly & it was an easy fix. Working perfectly ever since.

One of the items was not included in the shipment. When I called about it the technical rep said yes, it should have been included. He said he would send it out at no charge along with another item I decided to purchase. He was very nice and cooperative. His shipment just like the first shipment got to my house very soon. I was quite pleased. Thanks!!

Arrived fast, easy swap out from a a Hayward system.

Needed a salt cell for our pool. Everyone was at least 2 weeks out getting this to us. DSP delivered quickly at a reasonable price. Product as promised. Works great. No issues at the moment 2 weeks in to using it.
