Angela did a great job booking my first cruise with me, but I was thinking I would have gotten a better rate with a travel agent, like Dreamlines, verses booking it myself. Angela gave me the exact same price as if I were to book the cruise by myself.

Thank you for taking the time to review Dreamlines. While our prices are typically lower than the cruise line direct and other travel agencies we always offer our "best price guarantee" to ensure that special customers like you always pay the lowest rate available. In addition to our best prices, it's our legendary Dreamlines service that is sure to make you feel special! Our goal is to earn your business today and continue to be your agency of choice each and every day into the future. Warm regards, The Dreamlines Team

Dear Ms. Collins, Thank you for taking time to give us feedback on your "awesome" experience with Dreamlines. While we always strive to provide 5-star service it seems that we came up just a bit short. Please advise your cruise expert or a member of our management team if there is anything else we can do to better assist you in making your cruise buying experience great! Warm regards, The Dreamlines Team
