I am extremely frustrated with your service. You've deceived me by hiding the subscription opt-in, effectively tricking me into subscribing to a product that holds zero value. This kind of practice is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I attempted to cancel the subscription, the process did not work. I don’t want any further deliveries from October onward. Cancel my subscription immediately and refund my money.

Easy to use software, and it's performing exactly how we need it too.

Drift is a great tool, most importantly its free and can't complain. We had to remove it from our website and switch to another provider. The reason was, it makes the website's TTFB to high. In another explanation, drift makes the website slow.

Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!
