I had received more skills about the process of mediation,steps and strategies which help me to get on the resolution of conflicts,and that will help to improve my experience on how I guide the parties in mediation.but like recommendations you would give to students notes or slabus to reft with after studies.

The tools (opening sessions different…
The tools (opening sessions different elements, convening, communication skills) and methods (facilitative versus evaluative) were well presented and explained. The Garcia and Golden Acres is the highlight of the course with a video shadowing a whole mediation process. The principles of mediation were laid out in a logical and flowing manner, which helps in note taking to remember immediately and clearly, points to cover well when meditating. The course is meant to all professionals, not just law school individuals.
