Elemento is a fraudulent company
This company is a scam. Unfortunately we paid them approx $5000 to put a deposit down for an order at the beginning of July 2026. Then now in late Oct 2026, the company has not answered phone calls or emails the past 3 weeks. I finally called Pietra Casa in Miami who had one of their sinks on display, and they confirmed that they were also scammed. Do NOT buy from this company. Emily Guiterrez is the owner and a fraud

Took $12,000. Delivered nothing. Do not buy here.
Do not give this company a single dollar. Complete scam Paid them about $12,000 in full in June. Four months later, not one item has shipped. No tracking, no refund, no answers. Every promise they made was broken. The website looks great. Don't let it fool you. Read the other reviews: over and over, people paid in full and got nothing. Still waiting on the refund or even a response.

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. I ordered a towel rail from here almost 14 weeks ago and have yet to receive it despite numerous emails chasing it. When they do reply to emails it is just with a generic "we are looking into your order" auto response and then nothing further happens. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE order number: #EB53178

Avoid this company
Avoid this company! Total scam!! 9 months after purchasing a $6,000 tub, no tub, no response from customer service. Do not waste your time!

Order EB53070- order marble bath in…
Order EB53070- Ordered a marble bath in June 2026, it's now October and have not received my item, nor has it shipped. Sent DOZENS of emails, each with a generic response of they'll update me shortly. Given me the runaround for months now. Will be filing a claim today with AMEX over this fraudulent company. DO NOT purchase from them.

Company seems to be a scam
This website and company appears to be a scam. Tried to purchase a towel warmer from them. A month after the order I followed up with their customer support and they stated it would be shipped within 2 weeks. After the two weeks went by with no update on the order status I tried following up with multiple emails over the course of a few weeks, with no response. Do not purchase from this business.
