Update needed!!
Update: I was starting to think I was scammed and would never hear back about my sink. After weeks of no reply, I received a message my sink had shipped. I received tracking info and the delivery was professional and seamless! Now that I received my product I am very happy with the quality. My question is why wouldn't the company just let me know what was going on? Even if my sink was delayed a month, at least I would know the status. Makes no sense how a company would ghost their customers when they could send a quick update that would take 30 seconds. Now that it's said and done I'm happy how it worked out, just communicate! I have been waiting for my sink for several weeks with no update despite emailing customer support several times. I keep being told the order is being checked on but I never hear anything back. My order was originally placed in early December and is now delaying completion of my project. This has been horrid
