Jason was extremely responsive! Creating our MLS listing was a breeze. The site sent along friendly reminders throughout the sales process. If you are looking to list your property without a Realtor, we highly recommend using EntryOnly!

The service was professional and just what we had hoped and expected. MLS listing was the source of the Buyer's interest and we and the Buyer's agent took it from there. The minimal Seller's fee was well more than worth it. Thank you.

It made selling our house by ourselves very easy! We would use this again if we plan on selling our next house.

With Entry Only as a service, who needs a realtor?

We were very pleased with Jason's services at EntryOnly.com. We didn't have many calls on the house but several realtors called to ask why we were selling the house on our own. Whenever we had questions or concerns Jason called us right back and walked us through every step of the process. It all worked out great!

Allowed us to drop the asking price by 3% and got an acceptable offer within 2 weeks of doing so. Excellent service/communication with 'Jason'.
