Takes a little time to enter in all the info, BUT well worth the savings of 3-3.5% in realtor fees. Not a bad idea to contact a lawyer to see what issues can incur in the selling process.

I will definitely use EntryOnly again. The process was simple, straightforward, and they responded quickly to the few questions I had. And I saved thousands of dollars!

Overall the service does exactly what they say it will. You get a lot of help and speak to a person when you make your first inquires about them. Its still the best way if you want to FSBO I believe. BUT, after you have signed up, there is no warm and fuzzy, and the person can become a bit short, they will shoot out automated emails reminding you of your contract if they think you are not following it, and let you know you can be FINED if you don't follow. I did not quite expect this. My transaction went a little differently and the time frame did as well, and the person didn't just contact me to check, I got the automated "you know the rules right"! Also the sign you get is very confusing and misleading for potential buyers and even some realtors, so I purchased my own on Amazon and did some big block lettering and they were much better. Getting your house on the MLS and Realtor is really important, so its a good way to go and the price of the basic package (which is all you need) is reasonable.
