We successfully sold our condominium in a few months with entryonly.com. It was a lot of work, time, and we had many "open houses" to make it happen. Once you get used to the dashboard, the mass of details and ask all the right questions, the process gets a bit easier. One definitely learns to appreciate all of the work that goes into selling a home when you take on what a realtor does along with what the seller has to do to have the property ready, decluttered and perfect for a period of time. Jason was very responsive to our emails with questions. The exchange is cut and dry facts. The relationship is not as friendly as one might like but you get the accurate information you need. This process allowed us to save a significant amount of money. We would recommend entryonly.com to anyone who isn't afraid of doing plenty of work in exchange for saving plenty of $$$!!!
