The person I talked with was very versed in his products. He called me back the next day to clarify some points and I was able to buy the item then and there. I could have saved a few dollars buying from Amazon but I felt more comfortable buying from Equipatron

Ordered GX160 engine. They sent me a GX200. Bigger is not always better. They said I could return it if I pay return shipping. I should NOT have to pay for their mistake. Is this the only company on the planet that does not record their phone calls?
