From my initial sales contact, through ordering and delivery and tech support, I was very pleased with the entire process. I did a Bedrock Lithium battery upgrade to an older model EZGO Golf Cart. The cart runs well and I couldn't be happier with the results!

The lead acid batteries in my Club Car were ready to be replaced and I wanted to make the conversion to lithium. I discovered Extreme Kartz online with great battery options and detailed information about how to pick the right option for my cart situation. I had questions about my order and received almost immediate response from the Extreme Kartz team. I didn't need any other accessories at the time, but I noticed they have almost anything I would need for my Club Car and expect to return to them if I ever need anything for my cart.

Promptness or my order.exchange went well, the windshield fit perfectly; however I should have had help with the cost of postage on the return.
