Ordered online and when I got the notification that I could get them picked up from store no one had them come to find out they need my prescription and emailed me but email was not from eyemart it was some personal information. I did not and will not open unknown email. Online service is horrible and so was the employee. The store manager was extremely exceptional on handling the issue. Boise id

I’m newish to NWA and hadn’t seen an eye Dr since Aug 2024. I went into the Eyemart Express glasses store next door to Dang Eyecare first, to see if they had my style of glasses, frameless titanium. They did, so I went back into Dang Eyecare to set up an account & exam appointment. They actually had a walk-in opening avail at that time so I took it. After the exam, I went back into Eyemart Express & completed buying new glasses. I picked them up a week later and the fit & my vision are perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
