Paid extra for next day shipping and the order still hasn’t been delivered and we’re on Day 3. Not FFWD fault but frustrating nonetheless. Thank you for the prompt reply and willingness to reach out to UPS.

Hi Gerald, we are sorry to hear of the UPS shipping delay. Once an item is picked up by a carrier we have limited to no control of the delivery date. Your order was dispatched Next Day Air Saver and shipped on 18-March, scheduled for 19-March delivery. If you had contacted us directly we could have expedited another parts shipment for delivery today 20-Mar. In any case we will contact UPS and request a refund for the shipping and adjust your order accordingly.

Shipping was extremely fast. My new TYRO wheels looked perfect out of the box. Mounting my new Conti 5000 tubeless took only about 10 minutes was test riding with in 20 minutes. The TYROs were a little heavier than expected but made up for the weight with stiffness and aerodynamics. They roll really nice. Very fast wheel. And build to last and take a good amount of abuse. Looking forward to putting many miles. Would highly recommend FFWD wheels.

Jay, Pam, and John provided the correct information in a timely manner, so I could get the freebody hub for my FFWD wheel. Kudos to these employees, as they are adding good value to both their company and the customer. Roger Lawson
