Fantastic customer service. I guess I ordered a few things that were out of the ordinary because I received an email from FFWD USA within 2 hours of placing the order. Customer service just wanted to confirm the items and ensure I wasn’t buying something unnecessary. Wheels arrived on time and with no damage. Wheels were double boxed and all items ordered were included. The FFWD wheels themselves are fantastic so far. I have no reservations in recommending FFWD USA.

Everything has been great. Wheels arrived before expected ETA. Packaging was great. Instructions and information easy to use and access. Wheels are light and responsive. Smooth over rough roads. The Swiss Stop Pads are the best Carbon Rated Pads I've tried as well. The rim tape was difficult to apply but not impossible. Would have paid extra to have a pro install.

The order process, speed of delivery and subsequent communication was excellent. The packaging is the best I've seen yet and worthy of a great unboxing video! The wheels are beautiful and feel high end.

I already submitted one review on my wheelset. I had to use Stan's rim strips to setup the wheels tubeless versus what was provided. Also, the rotors are loose and I am currently looking for a solution to that problem. A couple of the stickers on the rims had bubbles.

HI Joe, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you had trouble installing the stock rim tape but glad you found an alternate solution, any 25mm tubeless tape is compatible with the F4D FCC rim. With regard to the rotors, we have not had reports of this issue but we would recommend confirming they are torqued to spec - typically 40nm for DT Swiss center lock hubs. If you'd like to send us images of the decal issue you describe we would be happy to evaluate as this is also not typical from the factory. We can be contacted at [email protected]. We appreciate the opportunity to try to resolve any issues.
