I’ve ordered many pairs of glasses and they’ve all been excellent. Recently I ordered a pair and due my own mix up as my prescription hadn’t changed I used an old one so it was rejectedmas it had expired in time, I reordered using the new prescription but made a second mistake so the glasses when arrived weren’t what I needed. I explained to customer service and they were excellent and understood how I’d made my mistake using the reorder and they offered a coupon so I could reorder again at no cost. You absolutely can’t get better service than that.

Habe mehrere Brillen bei Firmo gekauft.Bei den letzten Gleitsichtgläser war der Übergang sehr schlecht und ich bekam einen Gutschein, den ich für eine andere Brille verwendet habe.Hier löst sich an den Bügeln der Goldbelag und unter dem Kunststoff ist Grünspan! Mir wurde ein Gutschein für ein kostenloses Gestell angeboten!! Die kosten eh nicht mehr als 20-30€! Da diese Brille aus einer Reklamation kam,könnten sie diese Reklamation nicht anders bearbeiten. Aber bezahlen durfte ich! Werde dort keine Brille mehr kaufen!! Sind keine Brillen für längere Zeit.Überstehen sie nicht,selbst bei guter Behandlung.

Das Brillengestell ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Der Kundenservice ist schnell und freundlich. Die nächste Brille werde ich auch bei firmoo kaufen.

Horrible experience with customer service we just got off the phone with customer service as we a pair of glasses we purchased practically fell apart. We were told that a refund was on its way then we get an email saying that the refund failed as our debit card has expired and we now have a new number. After receiving the email we call customer service and they tell us that since the refund has already been started we can't get a refund using our new card or even get store credit, we are told that the only way for us to get a refund is to make a PayPal account and then we can get the refund that way. Overall I would not recommend this company for glasses you get cheap quality that will break and when it does you will have to jump through so many hoops to get a new pair you might as well go somewhere else.
