Great customer service!! Fast shipping!!! And awesome product!! Thank you!

Flame Guard was manufactured to specifications as ordered. Shipping packaging ensured glass arrived safely without damage. Product was shipped in very reasonable time from date of order, Guard looks great on my firepit. I would highly recommend this company for Flame Guards.

Great product, price, and people. Item arrived on time and was very well packaged to prevent any shipping damage. Customer service was rapidly responsive, knowledgable about the product, and helpful. Very pleased all around.

I had to have a fire pan custom made for my semi-circular fire pit and Flame Creation came through with flying colors. The fire pit turned out beautifully and they have a very wide selection of Reflective Fire Glass which was a little bit bigger than the normal sizes offered at most stores, and received promptly after I placed my order online. They could improve on their communications but other than that they were excellent! I would definitely order product from them again!

Not only do I love the fire pit cover we purchased Flame Creations made it easy for me to return the unopened first order when I realized I needed one with height instead of a flat cover.

Great quality fast delivery

I ordered the copper fire glass was very pleased with the product, the price and the ease of navigating the website. I received the fire glass within a couple of days of my order and found it just as pictured. I absolutely love it.

Product is perfect with assembly very easy! Highly recommend!
