Flame Creation, LLCReviews of flamecreation.com

Got a custom size glass enclosure for my fire pit. Ordering was very easy. Took about 2 weeks to get. Unfortunately one of the corner brackets was bent and could not be used. Called the number on the wed site and Mike answered and quickly shipped a replacement. Instructions were okay and assembled was fairly simple. My enclosure is pretty big so I did need a second set of hands to assemble. I get the higher glass and it is perfect for deflecting the wind. I would say it is not cheap but the quality is excellent and as such worth the price.

I love this company! They ship quick and i'm happy with the cost!

Exactly as described + Fast shipping = Happy Customer

Great product. Thanks

Our new fire bowl is up and running after some customization of a large concrete planter. Burner, flexible gas line and quick-connect fittings are top quality and assembled easily. The blue fire glass makes for a special appearance, with or without flame. Thanks to your customer service dept. for answers to technical questions before I purchased the components.

Well packaged and delivered. Solid piece fit nicely over pit opening. Mine is 30” x 30” and appears to be strong enough to cover the pit but not sag due to large unsupported span. Happy with my purchase.

Nice item, unfortunately it was a bit bent upon arrival. Packaged well but you did use FedEx.

I recieved great customer service from Michael Erickson. He contacted me to inform me that items in my order were out of stock and offered a couple of solutions for substitutions. Really appreciate the personal touch and quick/easy communication. Would definitely recommend flame creation to a friend or come back for additional items. Thanks!
