ordered parts aprox 2 weeks ago. no email updates, comunication updates and still no parts that was ordered.

Fast delivery, quality product. No padding around item, but arrived without damage.

Great stainless top. Well made and worth the price. The top came on time and was packaged well so no damage. I would definitely purchase again from flame creation.

Received my firepit glass wind protector and one of the brackets was bad. I was sent an immediate replacement that worked great. Even though it isn't the perfect size (I bought stock vs. custom, because of the price to custom), it looks great and can't see it being that much better if it was the custom size. Very happy with it.

I really give no stars. We never got cover. Message said delivered but never was. I contacted them and they said I must look again, ask neighbors etc. I did look everywhere again then contacted them again. Now they said they had to investigate with Fedex before they could send another cover 3-5 days. Delivery date was Oct 9 and today is Oct23 ... still no word or cover! So I asked for a refund. Be wary!
