They offer low prices on their site and then call and tell you the prices have changed and want to charge you double the price, and the website will still state the lower price. I was told the website has to be manually changed is why the prices were still showing the lower fares. Do not use!! Scam artist!

I tried to book a flight with this company and even though the price was higher than the one they advertised I still paid half for my ticket with Delta. I’m flying on Thanksgiving week and the Delta price at the moment is $1000+, I paid $485 for mine. It’s been confirmed by Delta already. To be honest, I was nervous because if the mixed reviews. My experience has been great and I’m happy to share. Thank you so much Cathy, you were amazing!

This "company" is an absolute scam. Classic bait and switch. They quite literally and verbatim told me that the prices they advertise are for marketing purposes only and they were sure that I would understand that. Well no........ if you advertise a price, I expect you to honor it. BOTH times I attempted to use this service, I "booked" and was told I would receive a confirmation via email. Never happened. When I called their customer service, it rang and rang and rang. WhenI finally got someone on the line, they said the prices were not available and for only $334 more, I could still book on the same flights. Ummmmmm...... no. Then they all but begged me to let them find me equivalent flights. When I told them to simply cancel my PENDING booking, they gave me a TERRIBLE time about not allowing them to find me a flight on ANOTHER DAY that would be closer to the price I was looking for. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT EVER USE THIS SITE OR SERVICE!!!!!!!!! In addition, they charged my card THREE TIMES and I had to dispute the charges. This was AFTER they assured me that my PENDING bookings had been cancelled. Terrible. Horrible.

It was very easy to book with FlightsNest, service was very professional and responsive. They found best possible fares, better than what I can find on my own! Emma was pleasant person to deal with. Was my first time, and will use them again in future, highly recommend them.
