FLIGHTS NESTReviews of flightsnest.com

The site is a scam site. They give you outrageously low fairs and say they will send you an email later to comfirm. 5hours later they email you and tell you to call them immediately to talk about your flight. When you call they tell you the flight isn't a available anymore at that price and they just so happen to find you a flight that is double what they offer on the site. The reason I say this is a scam is because my friend book a flight for two and that is what happened, then the next day I went on the site and booked the same flight for the original price and the same thing happened. When I brought how my friend did the same thing they got angry and started yelling in Arabic at me then hung up.

The service was excellent the fact that the price I paid was more than double the advertised price was quite a disappointment the old bait and switch that's why you get a 3 my agecr ts were very helpful and courteous Thanks Emma

I just want to take this time and give, Emma Wilson, 5 stars experience. She took her time and explain my reservation to the tee. She worked hard to give me the lowest prices. She is a blessing to your organization and now I finally have a travel agent I can depend on. Thank you Emma, Flight Nest should be proud of you.

An easy experience except for having the price of the tickets rise by over $200 and then being told I had to switch It. Not necessarily the agency’s fault and I’m flying during a holiday. Otherwise, It was fine

Employees were nice and we’re very friendly

My flight changed price right before confirmation, but Mario was able to take care of the issue and I just received my confirmation. He was very helpful over the phone and took care of everything!

Best service, Emma helped a lot to find best deal possible for our need , 👍, even next day we told her to get more tickets on same flight and she got it done , very professional

I was on the internet looking to book a flight to Orlando in November. but while I was looking , I saw a telephone number that kept popping up saying to call, so I did to my surprise, a woman's voice answered the phone. She asked how can she helped me, so I told her, ten minutes later my flight was booked. I never encountered such a person like that especially a woman on the other line. she gave me a clear explanation about everything. She's an amazing LADY, POLITE, SURE of herself. It didn't stopped there, she made sure and follow up with me the next day. if I had a business that's the kind of person I would want to work with. Flightsnest has a gold mine in their hand. Thank you again Emma Wilson.
