Had trouble placing this order. I was a new customer and the website offered a 10% discount on first purchase for signing up with my email. I did that when I went to use the promo code it said it was invalid and to contact customer service. I used CS on line and was told to cancel order out and start again. I did that still didn't work, contacted CS and they could figure it out. CS messaged IT with the understanding they would get back to me. Never got back to me. Still waiting. Needed the item asap had already waited three days so I ordered it today. Promo code still didn't work, ordered any way but they have an unhappy customer.

Hello Peter, I am so glad that we were able to solve your concern and deliver your order with the discount . After research we identified that the order was placed as a guest and not under your new user email. Our promotions only work if our customers are logged into their account. Thank you for your patience and your business! Happy Holidays and Stay well!
